[추가 사항]

• 이미지 파일 유효성 검사 결과에 따른 경고 문구 표시
  • 파일의 확장자가 [ jpg, png, webp ] 인지
  • 파일의 타입이 [ jpg, png, webp ] 인지
  • 파일의 크기가 10MB 이하인지
  • 파일의 해상도가 2000 x 2000 이하인지
• 이미지 업로드 중 isPending 상태 일때 이미지 업로드 버튼 disabled 처리
  • 이미지 업로드 중 Loading Spinner CSS 애니메이션 추가

[변경 사항]

• lib/constants/image.ts 경로의 IMAGE_CONFIG.maxSizeBytes 속성을 20MB -> 10MB 로 수정.
• lib/validateImages.ts
  • 기존 이미지 확장자 검증에 + 이미지 타입 검증 추가
    • file의 extention과 type간 서로 다른 실패 케이스를 보완하기 위함.
      예) text.txt 확장자 이름을 -> text.png 로 변경했을때
