[Fix] 스케줄 페이지 구조 리팩토링 및 스켈레톤 추가

• 스케줄 페이지 컴포넌트 구조 개선
• 스켈레톤 추가 (강제 새로고침 시에는 잘 보이지만 탭으로 이동 시에는 잘 보이지 않는 이슈.. 어케 할 건지...)
• 상수화: GROUP_LIST_PAGE_SIZE, SCHEDULE_MIN_HEIGHT 사용
• 오류가 뒤지게 나서 찾아 본 결과 QueryObserverResult<데이터타입, 에러타입>은
  → refetch()가 resolve될 때 돌려주는 쿼리 상태 객체의 타입이라는 새로운 수확
