Filter out deleted users by defualt

Describe the problem

When admin navigates to "Manage -> Users", deleted users are displayed by default and admin cannot get rid of them

Describe the solution you would like

Filter our deleted users or let delete users completely from weblate so they are no longer visible at all

but its like "skrabani se levou rukou za pravym uchem". When I leave user management page I need to write filter again and again and again. It's not remembered, it's not default. We have ~50 deleted users, and just 10 active, so you can imagine how that page looks like.
