1.网页打开速度慢或者打不开网页?

受到多种因素的影响,对于非会员用户我们无法提供最优质的服务。如果您希望得到最棒的体验,请至大会员页面("右上角菜单 → 大会员")根据说明操作。

2.图片下载后无法找到?

The app will automatically prompt an update when a new version is released. 1. Slow page loading or failure to open pages?

This issue is affected by various factors, and we cannot provide the optimal service for non-members. For the best user experience, please go to the Premium Member Page (Top Right Menu → Premium Member) and follow the instructions.

Note: Due to the many uncertainties of international networks, we cannot make any guarantees about the reliability of any service. If you encounter network connection issues, we recommend waiting for a while and retrying. If the problem persists after retrying, please contact us and state the duration of the network issue.

2. Cannot find downloaded images?

Go to Top Right Menu → More → Modify Download Path; the current image save path will be displayed in the pop-up dialog box. In addition, due to network factors, you can only find the image locally after the prompt "Saved to..." appears at the bottom of the screen.

3. How to change the image save directory?

See Top Right Menu → More → Modify Download Path.

4. Inconvenient page turning?

After opening a specific image, swipe left or right on the image to flip to the next work.

5. How to save the original image/export GIFs?

Bulk download of all original images from multi-image works is now supported: Find a multi-image work, enter its detail page, click the image to enter multi-image browsing mode, and long-press any image to see the Bulk Download option.

10. Are ads affecting your user experience?

For the best user experience, please go to the Premium Member Page (Top Right Menu → Premium Member) and follow the instructions.

Please try the option Top Right Menu → More → Switch Mobile/Desktop Version.

12. How to clear browsing data?

Please try Top Right Menu → More → Clear Data. Your Premium Member validity period will not be affected.
