Improvement on the mobile layout

• Main welcome dialog / select file size adjusted
• Adjusted main nav styles on smallest mobile
• Forced rows on test page on mobile sizes (until 48 rem)
• Made editor nav smaller on mobile (removed shortcuts found in dropdown)

Goal is not to make mobile the apex experience, but usable for basic fiddling.

Looks awesome, just couple of nitpicks

• Breakpoint seems too high at like 7xx pixels, should be 5xx.
• Develop page file list should have entire width available, like Test page's, or at least Login button inside dropdown.
