Adds three files to allow the program to be easily hosted with docker containers (run start.sh). Currently hosts this version on port 8081 (change in docker-compose.yml, line 8, 8081 only).
Dockerfile is used to create a virtualized image with the required program bits.
docker-compose.yml is used to orchestrate the containers in a nicer way.

Just in case you're interested. I did the work so I could host it in docker. :)
