Breaking change

I bumped version to 1.0.0 because this update is really messing a lot with your current configuration. Especially your language configuration. I removed a lot of language-related settings. The location of the language-files has moved as well.

Once you updated, maybe several language files will be generated automatically in the core/-folder. Based on the language your members are using. All commands that are public are using the preferredLanguage of your server. Which can only be changed for Community servers in the UI. But with Ronja, you can change that setting with a new command.
