Psychic Powers and You

We here at the Earth Department of General Education have noticed a lot of misinformation about psychics going around. But that's okay, they can be quite scary to the uniformed! Your friends at EDGE are here to make them a little less scary. Here's a quick guide to known psychic powers so that you can be prepared. Knowledge is sword against the darkness, so simply take a minute to arm yourself.
- Operant: Blind/Deaf - Blind and deafen someone for a moment.
- Masterclass: Agony - Cause someone extreme pain.
- Grandmasterclass: Hand Spasm - Make someone drop whatever they're holding in their hand.
- Paragon: Mind Ream - [REDACTED]
- Operant: Sparks - Makes (mostly) harmless sparks. Use with caution around fire hazards. Also usable as a multitool.
- Masterclass: Disrupt - Melee range EMP ability.
- Grandmasterclass: Electrocution - Electrocute people when used with ill intent, or just simply charge power cells.

- Operant: Rend - Allows you to tear down walls. Or people.
- Masterclass: Tinker - Acts as a handy set of tools, because who has time to rummage through pockets?
- Grandmasterclass: Telekinesis - Move stuff with your mind. You know how this works.

- Operant: Skinsight - Tells you what's wrong with a patient, just like a medical analyser.
- Masterclass: Mend - Mends broken bones and ruptured organs without surgery.
- Grandmasterclass: Cleanse - Cleanses a person of toxins and radiation damage.
