The current star history chart is broken due to GitHub stargazer API restrictions, so this updates the chart URLs to the new star-history.dera.page domain across all README versions.

The star history chart is currently broken due to GitHub stargazer API restrictions. This update points the chart to the new star-history.dera.page domain across all README versions so the chart renders correctly again.
