Nekiro TFS 1.3 compatibility

Nekiro's downgraded distribution breaks TFS 1.x database compatibility, here is how you can manually fix that:

EDIT: The new Nekiro's downgraded distribution works amazing! Use that one instead: https://github.com/nekiro/TFS-1.4-Downgrades (only for 8.60 atm thought).
