Adds the terms the workstream accepted at the 2026-08-03 sync, following the same convention as the initial seed: terms only, `definition`, `category` and `broaderTerm` deferred. Governance, Risk & Regulatory Alignment — Governance, Autonomy level, Risk classification, Accountability, Kill switch, AI agent bill of materials, Reversibility. Workflows & Process Integration — Handoff. `Intent` gains the alias "Intended purpose". Governance proposed "Intended purpose" as its own term; the sync agreed it is the same concept as the existing universal term and folded it in. Not included, and why: - Agent registry — deferred to the next sync. The governance delegates had dropped off the call before it could be settled. - Agent blueprint — agreed on the call, but held back pending governance delegate confirmation. - Capability, Agent oversight — left in debate. - Delegation token, Regulatory alignment, Escalation pathway — culled.
