447 should be done first.

Once we have a setup for both the PublisherExampleSwiftUI and SubscriberExample apps, we'll need to automate the apps' delivery process to TestFlight.

Those apps should use the same Ably API Key and s3 credentials as was used in 447, but we need to make sure those credentials are not publicly exposed.
