Description

Enhance the Sysprep scripts for windows 2019 and 2022:

sets the AgentId Key per hashicorp/packer issue 9818.
outputs the contents of the panther setuperr log while sysprep is running.
tests for IMAGE_STATE_UNDEPLOYABLE and after 100 seconds exits early.
