Release v3.2.0 — rolls up the following changes merged to release/3.2.0.

New

• _access sharing widget — new scaffold field view for editing a document's _access sharing list directly in the editor (refs New: Access widget for _access.* (legacy UI sharing fields) #486).

Update

• Core-driven branding — the UI now consumes branding/theme/image config vars (colours, images) from core rather than defining them locally, so appearance is configured in one place (refs Update UI to use new theme config vars #477). Adds build-time brand colour/image helpers with unit test coverage.

Build

• Library modernisation & security — dropped unused polyfills and the bundled React dev/prod builds, and bumped the remaining vendored libraries; includes CKEditor and Moment security fixes (refs Update libraries #196).

Docs

• Updated docs/ui.md to cover the branding config seam.
