iOS26 & Swift 6.2 Support

Description

This PR adds the support of following versions:

• iOS 26 SDK
• Xcode 26
• Swift 6.2

Explanation of changes

Following changes has been made:

• SwiftLint has been converted into Xcode Plugin
• Localized Strings are converted into String Catalog
• Updated Pulse SDK version & apply new changes
• Added a test connection for Pulse Target
• Applied new Warning fixes for swift 6.2
• Converted SwiftUI Previews into Preview Macros
• Updated CocoaLumberjack & Apply changes with it
• Changed some extension conformance with Swift 6.2 changes
• Set the CI to run the pipeline with macOS 15 & Xcode 26 Beta
• Added xcbeautify for CI logs.

Please delete options that are not relevant.
