What does this PR change? What problem does it solve?

This PR re-introduces the iNaturalist social icon to the PaperMod theme.
A previous version of this icon was removed in PR #1803 because the source SVG was under a GPL license, which conflicted with PaperMod's MIT license.

In this new version, the iNaturalist icon has been manually recreated from scratch using Inkscape, based on the official iNaturalist visual reference, to ensure no licensing conflicts.
The purpose of this PR is primarily to document and stage the new clean version of the icon for future verification of its license.

According to the License:
This icon is used only for linking to users' iNaturalist profiles (referral context).
According to iNaturalist staff (Carrie Seltzer, May 2019):

“Using the iNaturalist logo to add a link to your iNaturalist project ... is definitely ok.
You don’t need our approval to use the logo in editorial or referral contexts.”

The icon was manually recreated in Inkscape and is not copied from GPL sources.
