Brain MRI Images together with manual FLAIR abnormality segmentation masks.

Goal

To Detect and Classify Brain Tumor using, CNN and UNET; as an asset of Deep Learning and to examine the abnormality position(segmentation).

Dataset Information

The dataset contains 110 folders: each with 40 and odd images.
