Also tidies up imports and renames a few of the mock estimators. Undocumented bits are either private or removed (i.e. weighted metrics which we decided to remove previously).

This also uncovered a bug in the testing where pytest was being imported. This crashed the docs. Adds a workflow to prevent this happening in the future.
