The deployment of timeline in a real environment is to be designed carefully. This PR is infact, achieving it. Note that, the UI screenshots is not to show the aeshtetics of UI, but the workflow for a developer in a streaming platform trying to use timeline to compute a metric of their choice.
UI color palette I chose was this. I liked the theme of the new ICC world cup tournament :)
