The migration guide's MCP section missed two v2 rules: server names must be unique (Agents reject duplicates with
-32602), andmcpServerson resume is the complete set, so earlier servers aren't restored. Both are added, the resume rule is also noted next to theadditionalDirectoriessentence, and the parenthetical now says v1 requiredheadersas well asargsandenv. v2 only.
