修改某些发音。
bo po mo在现代普通话中已经变成拗音。
zi ci si和zhi chi shi ri的i发音和普通的i均不同，根据HTS方案修改。

Hi there,

thanks for the PR. In terms of ASR instead of TTS, have you tried this modified phoneset? any difference in WER?
