Updated version of code to analyse patterned vegetation images from Google Earth Engine, taking into account comments and suggestions from JOSS reviewers.
The python part of the repository (pyveg) is the main focus, and contains code to download images from Google Earth Engine, calculate network centrality of binary images, and simulate vegetation patterns.
