Changes

Rewritten to pigpio
-- As of 2020, WiringPi is no longer actively maintained by its original author. Source: WiringPy Official site, WiringPy Python Github
Removed PID_Controller in favor of pigpios hardware_PWM()
-- This simplified the code by much
Added .editorconfig for PEP python coding standard
Added support for using this script as a background service using systemd
