new property: autocomplete list of properties per resource + default value

Is it possible to define per resource (or type of resource) an autocomplete list of suggested properties? This would be useful when creating a new property for a certain resource. I know it is possible to add properties in the 'autocompletes.js', but this is one big list that is reused for every resource in every dataset.

When creating a new property of a certain resource, there is also no default value available, as is the case when adding a new value for an existing property.
