- 定期获取宿主机的 pod metadata
- 更新 networkobserver 的 containerid 白名单
- 修改 K8sMetadata 接口，支持获取调用 singleton 的状态，调用方可以做重试
- 贴标时 key 标准化
- 增加 external ip cache，减少请求 singleton 的 qps
