- Refactor PARTNER_SOURCES from dict list to frozen PartnerSource dataclass with is_available() and get_provider_display() methods
- Add "Third-party" category to /auth that only appears when at least one third-party source is detected on the machine
- Fix banner to show real provider name (e.g. QwenPaw / Alibaba Cloud Bailian / qwen3.6-plus) instead of just QwenPaw / model
- Add proper i18n translations for "Third-party" across all locales
