可能要支持name，ToolUseEndEvent增加了name支持
- Use tomli fallback for tomllib import (3.11+ stdlib only); add tomli to dev deps for python<3.11. - Strip ANSI codes in --help assertions and force NO_COLOR/TERM=dumb in conftest so Rich does not split "--config" with escape sequences in CI. - Update route-preview tests to use the new "a2a-client route-preview" subcommand path. - Fill in 33 new msgids (A2A errors, provider names, QwenPaw error) across zh/es/fr/de/ja/pt and clear stale fuzzy flags introduced by pybabel update.
