I have written this phoneme detection workaround program. There are 24 consonant sounds in English, so there is 26 letter. Here my program makes a list, where it place each letter with its ~ value of tag time in the main timeline.

My program gave similar results as allosaurus 1.0.2 python library... But
using VOSK. 🙏👍
