Summary

Updates this repository's Rust dependencies to their latest published versions.

• cargo update applied the latest semver-compatible versions.
• cargo upgrade --incompatible bumped direct dependencies to their latest releases, including the breaking oxc major.
• No source changes were required: cargo build --all-targets compiles cleanly against every new API, so no deprecated/new API migrations were needed.
• cargo xfmt --check, cargo clippy --all-targets -- --deny warnings, and cargo test (19 tests) all pass.
