- rust-toolchain: 1.98.1 -> 1.99.0 - Cargo.toml: rename clippy lint key uninlined-format-args -> uninlined_format_args, as the dashed form is deprecated in the new toolchain's manifest lints Build, cargo xfmt --check, clippy -D warnings and tests all pass.

Updates the pinned Rust toolchain to the latest stable release. No direct dependency needed updating — every dependency in
Cargo.tomlis already at its latest release, and there are no newer major versions available.Toolchain
