A service that texts people updates on the California Forest Fires

scrapes weather data from https://www.airnow.gov/
scrapes data about the forest fires from https://www.fire.ca.gov/incidents/
uses mongo to cache recent weather and fire records
a chatbot built with RASA to update users with info about their city
twilio integration
Dockerized with a simple nginx web server
