The first release of the beta version of emu-utilities, a package that simplifies the use of the outputs of the EMU software! This release also includes publishing to PyPI, so emu-utilities can now be pip/uv installed.

The API is near-final with this release, pending any major bugs that necessitate changes, so should be okay to implement with caution (and frequent checks for updates). The main branch will now be protected and future changes will have to be merged in.
