What does this PR do?
Adds OpenCode Native Dictate to the Plugins table. It provides local macOS voice dictation using NVIDIA Parakeet and inserts the transcript into the active prompt.
How did you verify your code works?
Confirmed the public npm package is live. Installed
opencode-native-dictate@0.1.0withopencode plugin addin an isolated OpenCode 2.1.4 profile and verified the package entry was added to that profile'scli.json.Screenshots / recordings
