Update the collection removal process on how to correctly document this.

I think it's too early to do this, since the process is currently heavily in flux. Once ansible-community/ansible-build-data#450 is merged - which I hope will happen in at most a few days - the example isn't valid anymore, and once we have automatic changelog generation based on the metadata it needs to change again. I would suggest we wait a couple of weeks until the process stabilizes.

Sure, no problem. I don't want to have this merged soon, anyway. But somehow I couldn't make it a draft, dunno why.

I'll close it and re-open it again with updates when the process is stable. Or create a new one. Well, that is if nobody else is faster than me.
