Adds a new blockAllNetwork config option that completely blocks all network access including localhost, providing stronger isolation than the proxy-based network restrictions. Add blockAllNetwork option and executionId-based violation querying
We also allow to skip violation filtering, and also process multiple violations per data payload from the kernel log (many were contained in one payload).
