Adds ARBI (arbidocs.com) as a new external plugin — an AI-native document workspace for legal teams with hybrid semantic search and AI Q&A, with encryption in transit and at rest. Changes: - external_plugins/arbidocs/: new plugin with plugin.json, .mcp.json, README, and two skills (search, ask) - .claude-plugin/marketplace.json: register arbidocs in the marketplace - All 12 legal plugin .mcp.json files: add ARBI MCP server entry - README.md: add arbidocs to directory tree, external plugins table, MCP server table, and skills reference section
