I don't believe you need LFS installed unless you want to commit changes to the 30b weight file we're downloading. |

@trevtravtrev but without lfs it will not be able to download a file with a size of ~ 20GB from this git |

the line also needs to change to git lfs clone https://huggingface.co/Pi3141/alpaca-30B-ggml to make it works.

my git version is git version 2.32.0.windows.1, but ref to https://stackoverflow.com/questions/48392440/git-lfs-clone-vs-git-clone seems use git clone is fine. anyway, just an experience share.

Here you should include OSX - brew install git-lfs and then git lfs install --system for OSX instructions.
