style: enhance navbar with premium UI design

This PR enhances the existing navbar with a premium modern UI while keeping all existing functionality unchanged.

Changes Made

• Improved navbar layout, spacing, and typography
• Added smooth hover animations and active menu indicators
• Redesigned the Book a Table button
• Enhanced language dropdown and theme toggle UI
• Improved responsive behavior across mobile, tablet, and desktop
• Fixed provider nesting issue causing navbar crashes
• Verified frontend build and functionality
