It's a regular dependency upgrading task.

Describe Your Solution 🔧

Bump gRPC from 1.53.0 to 1.60.1, a new module grpc-util was added in 1.58.0, LICENSE files updated accordingly.

  • New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
