Revisit searcher docs

Changes

1. Created a list of dApps for which we can do OEV searching
2. Updated the docs to work with dApp aliases
3. Adjusted docs style with /dapps page, mostly capitalization and info/warning panel styling
4. Removed unmaintaned docs and pruned README
5. Differentiated between "OEV Rewards" (what goes to the dApp) and "OEV proceeds" (general term for revenue from auctions; split between the dApp and Api3). For the searchers revenue, I simply refer to that as the additional revenue from capturing the OEV opportunity.
6. Killed the Auction cycle page and instead moved a TLDR of it to Overview page.

@bbenligiray Can you take a look at the dApp section changes? I've done:
