• Updates the link checker ignore list and removes the false positive for linked medium article
• Uses api3-docs instead oev-docs for docs name
• Disable search results from ignored files

Disable search results from ignored files

@wkande Is there a reason why the repo showed suggestions from ignored files in VS Code? It doesn't make sense, but asking to be sure. I see it's done for all docs repos -> https://github.com/search?q=org%3Aapi3dao+useIgnoreFiles&type=code (but I'd say this is just because the same template was copied when bootstrapping new repos)

I've used the following query to clear up the "api3-docs" vs "oev-docs" confusion.

We should do the same for vitepress-docs, but leaving that for @wkande
