- Remove commas from location input - Cities mode: hide county
- Set 3 as input_size parameter for retrieving defaults. - Remove 2.5 as search option on leaders page. - If user with input_size = 0 logs in, will be updated to 3. - Fix logout issues

When not logged in the Get Started component is trying to retrieve the location from the user profile. This causes the error message "The user profile you're trying to access does not exist." to show up.

Country dropdown field is missing.
