  1. nosetests tests
  2. hep_ml.__version__
  3. setup.py version
  4. activate venv with local installation
  5. . builddocs.sh will publish new version of docs
  6. push everything
  7. prerelease version
  8. checkout github version, change to venv with this version, nosetests tests, test all notebooks
  9. . publish.sh
  10. add tags to documentation and to master
