The fix here was just as simple as updating the description file so might as well preserve <v4.3.0 compatibility.
Tested in the rocker/rstudio:4.2.1 container.
I don't know that I want to add 4.2.1 to the CI/CD at this point? The rocker image is built on Ubuntu 20.04 which has reached end of life - so that could start causing its own set of problems, but I think this fix was worth it at least.
