Add bootc image builder case

utilities and case scripts are provided,
and cover Image type:ami vmdk qcow2 anaconda-iso raw

container image reference: quay.io/centos-bootc/centos-bootc:stream9,
quay.io/centos-bootc/fedora-bootc:eln, localhost/bootc:eln
