Fixes issue where the main module won't generate in some cases when custom module is present.

the only thing that baffles me is how blackbox-other was working at all despite not having a meta-inf services. |

Fixes issue where the main module won't generate in some cases when custom module is present. What happened is that the generated InjectModule annotation would reset the processing timer, but not generate any new classes causing the final round to happen
