Added a README.md file
Since there are no fixed number of rounds , winner cannot be decided. I've added a feature where the user will input number of rounds to be played. The winner will be decided on the basis of the maximum number of rounds won.

Since there we no fixed number of rounds to be played, winner cannot be determined. Hence, I've added a feature where the user will input number of rounds to be played. The result will be based on the maximum number of rounds won.
