docs: the Files pane lists the workspace, not the start directory - #280

Since the workspace decision (2026-09-05), zorp-web never falls back to the directory it was started in, and list_artifacts reads the workspace root. The Files pane paragraph still described the old behavior. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Follow-up I noted in #272.
docs/web-ui.mdsaid the Files pane lists "the directory the server was started in". Since the 2026-09-05 workspace decision,zorp-webnever falls back to that directory, andlist_artifactsinzorp-web/src/api.rsreadsstate.workspace_root(). This changes two lines of that paragraph.
