This is a technical update to allow the CRCD Dashboard to be easier to install together with other CID Dashboards. The CloudFormation template exports the Amazon QuickSight policy to access the CRCD resources. This will be used by the cid-cmd tool to manage permissions during the dashboard deployment in case other CID dashboards exist.
