(glue-alpha): support AWS Glue version 6.0

Describe the feature

Add GlueVersion.V6_0 to the GlueVersion enum in @aws-cdk/aws-glue-alpha (Spark 4.1.1, Python 3.13, Scala 2.13).

AWS Glue 6.0 is now generally available:

Use Case

Glue jobs can already be configured with glueVersion: '6.0' via the L1 CfnJob, but the L2 GlueVersion enum has no type-safe constant for it yet.

Proposed Solution

Add a V6_0 = '6.0' member to GlueVersion in lib/constants.ts, matching the pattern used for 5.0/5.1.

Thanks for the feature request — and for going ahead and opening #38632 to implement it! I verified on main that the GlueVersion enum currently ends at V5_1, so this is indeed not yet supported:

Your PR follows the same pattern as the 5.0/5.1 additions (enum member + test + README + integ snapshot refresh), which in my opinion is exactly the right shape for this change, so it should move through review smoothly.

For anyone landing here before the PR merges, a temporary workaround is the L1 escape hatch:

cfnJob.glueVersion = '6.0';

(or in TypeScript simply glueVersion: '6.0' as glue.GlueVersion).
